3000 PSI Double-Acting Tie Rod Cylinders
Zhongxin manufactures TR3.0 series tie rod hydraulic cylinders for agricultural machinery, loaders, attachments and custom equipment projects. The range includes 2 to 5 inch bores, SAE port configurations and selected ASAE mounting options.
TR3.0 Reference Size Range
All bore and stroke dimensions below are inches. These are manufacturing references rather than a stock list or a guarantee of direct interchangeability. Final pressure rating, rod diameter, mounting dimensions and ports are confirmed before production.

Model example: TR3.0-4036-ZX identifies the 3000 PSI series with a 4 inch bore and 36 inch stroke. Rod diameter and installation dimensions must be checked for the selected configuration.
ASAE Reference Options
8 inch stroke ASAE versions are listed for 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4 and 5 inch bores. 16 inch stroke ASAE versions are listed for 3, 3.5, 4 and 5 inch bores. These versions can differ from standard cylinders in closed length, pin size and rod diameter.

Selecting a 3000 PSI Tie Rod Cylinder
- Confirm operating pressure, peak pressure and relief-valve setting.
- Specify bore, stroke and rod diameter; matching bore and stroke alone does not establish compatibility.
- Measure retracted and extended lengths between identified mounting points, normally pin centres for clevis mounts.
- Check clevis openings, pin diameters, bracket widths, alignment and installation clearance.
- Confirm exact SAE or NPT port threads, port orientation and hose clearance.
- Provide the application, load direction, duty cycle, fluid, temperature range and required quantity.
For long strokes, rod buckling and unsupported length require application review. Cylinder pressure rating and bore alone do not determine equipment payload capacity.
Custom OEM Manufacturing
Mountings, ports, rod diameter, sealing requirements and paint colour can be reviewed for custom production. Every cylinder undergoes pressure testing before shipment. Product photographs are representative series examples; final construction and dimensions follow the approved specification.
Can I replace a 2500 PSI cylinder with a 3000 PSI cylinder?
A higher pressure rating alone does not confirm suitability. Compare the complete dimensions, mountings, ports and hydraulic requirements before selecting a replacement.
Are ASAE and standard versions interchangeable?
Do not assume they are. Check closed length, rod diameter, pin size and mounting clearances for each version.
