10 Inch Stroke Snowplow Cylinder with 2 Inch Rod

Zhongxin manufactures snowplow hydraulic cylinders mainly to customer specifications. This page shows a reference configuration with a 10 inch stroke, 2 inch rod and 1 inch mounting pins for initial OEM or replacement discussions.

All specifications are for reference. This example demonstrates our manufacturing capability rather than a fixed stock offering. Final dimensions, mounting details, ports, hydraulic operation and working pressure must be confirmed with the customer before production.

Reference Technical Data

The outside body diameter is not the internal bore. Identify the mounting reference points for the retracted length and confirm bracket widths and port details during technical review.

Check the 1 Inch Pin Installation

This version uses 1 inch pins with a 2 inch rod. It should be reviewed separately from 10 inch stroke cylinders using a 1.5 inch rod or smaller mounting pins. The same stroke length does not establish replacement compatibility.

Provide both mounting-end measurements, including pin diameter, bracket width and clearance around the cylinder body. Check the linkage at the retracted and extended positions to ensure that the required 254 mm cylinder travel suits the equipment movement.

Review Hydraulic and Winter Operating Requirements

The reference is single acting, with pressure driving movement in one direction and the equipment arrangement or external force providing return movement. Confirm the hydraulic circuit and return conditions before choosing a specification.

Tell us the working pressure, hydraulic fluid, minimum operating temperature and duty cycle. These details help define the seal requirements and inspection criteria. Do not infer equipment capacity or hydraulic force from the outside dimensions alone.

Manufacturing to Your Specification

Alternative strokes, lengths, mounting arrangements, ports and finishes can be reviewed for custom production. Our manufacturing process includes machining, welding, cleaning, assembly and pressure testing. The technical specification and order inspection requirements are agreed before production.
