Zhongxin manufactures tie rod hydraulic cylinders mainly to customer specifications. This reference configuration uses a 4 inch bore and 36 inch stroke, with 1/2 NPT ports as an initial connection reference. We support OEM production and dimension matching for replacement projects.

For this longer-stroke configuration, rod sizing, unsupported length, installation alignment and external loads need particular review. Provide the load direction and available installation space so the design can be assessed as a complete assembly.

The 1/2 NPT connection is a reference, not a substitute for checking the complete hydraulic installation. Confirm the port location, fitting clearance, hose arrangement and operating requirements.
